Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Manager for a contract opportunity in Owego, NY.

Primary Function of this position:
a. Track all incoming and outgoing orders into the area(s). At all times the manager must know the Work in Progress (WIP) of the departments.
Secondary Function of this Position:
a. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) using SAP and preferably SAP Business Intelligence (BI) report building
Dock and Warehouse environment experience
Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access and SQL Databases
Advanced skills in Data Verification, Data Validation, Data Integrity, Data Analysis and Data Entry
Advanced skills of Functions, Formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Power Query and Macros
Advanced skills of creating reports

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification
Create, Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair Databases
Six Sigma Belts

Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Accredited Bachelor's Degree - desired

4/10-1st Shift
This site works 4/10's but this position is a Monday through Friday till 5pm, 8 hours a day plus OT when required.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
