Chipton-Ross is seeking a System Administrator for a contract opportunity in King Of Prussia, PA

Possible locations for this position are: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania; Las Cruces, New Mexico; Springfield, Virginia

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for a MLS Systems Administrator to be responsible for system administration on multiple system platforms and hardware to include but not limited to Red Hat (with SELinux policies enabled), and Solaris 10 TX.
Daily responsibilities will include but not limited to: • System Configuration • System Installation • Software Installation • Troubleshooting • Upgrades • User Interface and Support

REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with the administration and configuration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 or above
• Fiber Channel (SAN and Direct Attach) Storage Array Administration Experience
• System Configuration and Hardening
• Script writing experience
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Trusted Multi-Level Security (MLS) Operating Systems; specifically, RHEL 5 or above
• Experience customizing and maintaining (RHEL) Common Operating Environment (COE) to meet customer requirements
• Experience with ICD-503
• Network Configuration
• Ability to work independently or in a team

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

SHIFT:
4/10-1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
