Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Generalist 2 in Newport News, VA.
Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
Must have 3 Years with Bachelors; 1 Year with Masters.
• Software experience required
• Represent the O26 Welding School on administrative matters
• Track work schedules to completion
• Candidate should be able to produce, update, proof check
and catalog training forms
• Input training transcripts and certifications in Lx
• Maintain the student rolls for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Support the Welding School staff by preparing budgeting
and statistical reports as required.
Required PPE Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Boots
Bachelors or Masters is required.
School must be accredited.
Monday-Friday, Second Shift 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
