Chipton Ross is seeking a Technical Sourcer for an opening in Los Angeles, CA

WHY WE NEED YOU
We are passionate about innovating more sustainable solutions for the future and is searching for a Technical Recruiting Sourcer to support us at an important inflection point for the business. You will help drive the diversification of our hiring strategy by targeting highly technical passive talent with specialized skills to fill current and future vacancies. You will also utilize your superior organizational skills to coordinate interviews and travel, with a laser focus on delivering a first-class experience to candidates and existing members of the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
" Partner closely with the Recruiting/HR team, and key stakeholders
" Utilize sourcing methodologies such as Flip, Xray, Boolean, cold calling, email blasts, and social sourcing to target passive talent
" Position as a highly-desirable employer and effectively sell our purpose, mission, and values, driving the best talent to apply
" Contacting industry partners for candidate referrals.
" Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
" Managing the company's candidate database
" Dispositioning candidates throughout various hiring stages and closely documenting interactions within Greenhouse ATS
" Assist entire recruiting team with scheduling phone, virtual, and onsite interviews

WHAT YOU'VE DONE
" 5+ years of hybrid experience in proven sourcing and technical recruitment coordination
" Expertise in passive talent sourcing methodologies such as Flip, Xray, Boolean, cold calling, email campaigning, and social sourcing
" Targeted highly technical talent with a particular focus on Hardware and Software (or blend thereof)
" High-volume scheduling and travel coordination
" Utilized Applicant Tracking Systems and expense reporting software
" Maintained day-to-day operations, including records, expenses, and reporting

MUST HAVE
" Authorized to work in the US
" Immediate availability to work hybrid schedule; Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday on-premise in Los Angeles, CA
" Strong scheduling and organizational skills
" Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, fluid environment
" Track record of critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
" Navigating change in a positive and professional manner

NICE TO HAVE
" Cross-cultural collaboration, especially multiple language proficiency
" Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Concur expense reporting systems, and MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote)
" Exposure within startup environments

ANTICIPATED ASSIGNMENT DURATION
" 6 months + or possible temp-to-hire for the right person

Work Schedule
1st Shift, 5/40 Schedule

Employment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
