Chipton-Ross is seeking an Engineer Systems 3 for a contract opportunity in Roy, UT.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Power & Distribution System Engineer
The qualified candidate will report to the Aerospace Vehicle Equipment Power and Distribution Lead and is responsible for building system engineering artifacts needed for Power and Distribution to complete First Flight Design Review, Critical Design Review, Functional Configuration Audit, and System Qualification/Verification Review. The role entails coordination with higher level system engineers and design engineering to produce the needed documentation and set baseline system documentation in Cameo and DOORs and push artifacts through engineering approval and configuration management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5 Years relevant experience with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge/Use of DOORs
- Familiarity with Pspice
- Knowledge/Use of Cameo
- Strong leadership qualities, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree is required.
School must be accredited.
HOURS:
9/80 workweek.
