Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electrical Assembler for a contract opportunity in Archbald, PA.

This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
This position is for an experienced Electrical assembler with at least 5 years' experience.
Previous wiring/electrical experience preferred.
Experience in assembly of building harnesses, including stripping, tinning, crimping, and sodering, experience with plugging connectors. Experience with blueprints and wiring schematics.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 4/10 work schedule 1st Shift 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
