- Chipton-Ross is seeking A HSE (Health and Safety and Environmental) for a contract opportunity in Carson, CA
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
2+ years of experience
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Legal requirements in a manufacturing facility: i.e. OSHA
o ISO Standards
o Accident Investigation and Corrective Action
o Supplier Optimization
o Training and Development
o Risk Impact Analysis - would be working with Process Improvement team, and monitor the flow process, create process flow, and analyze the process currently being used and improve is needed.
o Daily Gemba walks - looking for process deviation, incorrect and unsafe practices. (Data recorded in Safran internal system)
o Making related purchases when needed (using excel), working with existing and sourcing suppliers)
o Training
o Investigation of issues
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 1st Shift, M-F 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with some OT required.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
