- Chipton-Ross is seeking a for a contract opportunity in Bingen, WA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Familiarity with TipQA, Costpoint & PDM systems.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork and interpersonal skills: work effectively and cooperatively with others and establishes and maintains good working relationships
Problem solving and analytical skills: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and present persuasive solutions.
Must be able to work onsite 100%.
Ability to travel between the Eagle Point and The Dalles facilities to perform product inspections
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform inspections and acceptance tests on internally and externally manufactured items per defined inspection criteria.
Maintain documentation of inspection results.
Support Material Review Board process through record management, etc.
Create and support management of manufacturing orders for nonconforming material
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED
Associates degree and 1+ years of related experience; or comparable combination of education and experience highly desired.
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 9/80 work schedule
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
