Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Regulatory Documentation Analyst 1 for a contract opportunity in Newport News, VA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o 0 years with Bachelor's Degree in related field
o Microsoft Office experience
o Document Control experience
o Understand AUTOCAD
o Teachable to use plotter and printer settings.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
o Problem solving
o Self-Motivated
Required PPE- Ear Muffs, Face mask, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Boots

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains a controlled documentation system, record retention, and information services functions including electronic records retention processes. Ensures compliance to the requirements from regulatory agencies. Maintains the technical and non-technical documentation change system. Assures procedures are in place to classify and maintain records. Interprets and enforces all documentation formatting, standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements. May identify submission components, communicate documentation standards and coordinate assembly of regulatory dossiers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree is required.
School must be accredited.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 1st Shift 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
