- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Test Technician for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
2-4 years of the following:
Hardware Testing
Software Testing/ Fault insertion experience
Switches
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role entails serving as a Test Technician to bolster Production Operations at cleint for the Full Mission Simulator. Key responsibilities encompass the validation of hardware and software, asset configuration, establishment of IP addresses and MAC addresses, networking, system stand-up and operational testing, and the resolution of test system issues. Proficiency in written and verbal communication is imperative for thriving in this position.
The execution of these duties may necessitate tasks such as ascending ladders, handling test assets, and possessing a comprehensive grasp of computer networking and electrical principles.
Moreover, the role may entail working swing shifts, extended shifts, and weekends to accommodate test schedules, alongside the potential for travel to support remote operations intermittently.

Accredited HSD/GED
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 4/10 work schedule 1st Shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
