Description: Chipton-Ross is seeking a Software Engineer III for a remote contract opportunity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Experience with Service Now, low-code development, and Agile methodology
o Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
o Ability to design, build, and implement software solutions that meet business needs and IT requirements
o Understanding of data quality, security, and compliance standards
o Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Design, build, maintain, and implement the Service Now Business Continuity Management Module to meet business stakeholder needs
o Develop and maintain low-code development environments within Service Now, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
o Work within an Agile methodology and framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver software solutions
o Develop and maintain technical documentation of Service Now configurations, customizations, and integrations
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Service Now low-code development environments, ensuring timely and effective resolution
o Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with standards, adhering to IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity requirements
o Collaborate with Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery key stakeholders to identify and prioritize software requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs
o Develop and implement automated testing and deployment scripts to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software solutions
o Participate in the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for Service Now and Business Continuity Management, aligning with organizational goals and objectives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Understanding of compliance standards, with experience in ensuring adherence to IT Disaster Recoery and Business Continuity requirements
o Previous Experience implementing Service Now Modules in low-code development environments and seamless integration with other systems
o Experience with data storage solutions, such as relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Cassandra), or cloud-based data storage services (e.g. AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage)
o Proficiency in one or more scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash, with experience in automating tasks, workflows, and data processing using scripts.
o Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing data management solutions, including data modeling, data governance, and data workflow automation.
