Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an IT Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Monitors Network/Telecomm infrastructure utilized by Lockheed Martin Customers
o Provides first-level troubleshooting, verification, resolution and/or timely notification of system-generated alerts and coordination/closure of incident tickets
o Reviews system and performance data from multiple sources to analyze anomalies and variances from normal thresholds taking appropriate action
o Leads Service Alert Notifications process and the TAC line support
o Monitors dashboards and portals for triggered alerts
o Observes equipment and control panels for operator messages or error indicators taking appropriate action
o Sets up and runs diagnostic tests and reacts appropriately to the messages and reports errors or machine malfunctions as required
o Ensures conformance with Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), established processes, and workflow in an integrated team environment.
o Responsible for communicating all business activities in an effective and timely manner to management and for maintaining professional conduct consistent with company policy and procedures.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time All Shifts
o contractor 1 8:00 AM ET - 4:00 PM ET M - F
o contractor 2 9:00 AM ET - 5 PM ET M - F
o contractor 3 2 PM ET - 10:00 PM ET M- F

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
