Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Production Control Assistant for a contract opportunity in Archbald, PA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Experience with Microsoft Excel

Experience with SAP software
Attention to detail and organization

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Sorts, posts, and files such paperwork as inventory records, production schedules, and other production control data.
o Keeps records of number of units shipped and number of jobs in production. Statuses and expedites work orders through manufacturing facility.
o May prepare shop orders indicating such factors as style, size, quantity, and priority.
o May review stock records, consumption figures, and detail schedules to determine stock status against program requirements.
o May prepare input forms for automated data processing system and may operate personal computer equipment. Performs other clerical tasks relating to duties.

Accredited HSD/GED

Full-Time
4/10 work schedule
1st Shift



Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
