Chipton-Ross is seeking 17 MH-139 Operations Technicians C's for a contract opportunity in Cheyenne, WY.

100% onsite

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Active Secret Security Clearance is required for this position.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with Military aircraft maintenance.
- Must have thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers.
- Must be willing to work variable shifts.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client is seeking experienced MH-139 Operations Technicians (Structures/Avionics/Mechanic/Weapons) willing to work multiple shifts on the MH-139 program at FE Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

- Mechanic, Avionics & Structures positions available.
- Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
- Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul
- Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
- Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
- Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
- Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results).
- Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.
- Works under general direction.
- Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom training.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Experience with MH-139 maintenance and/or modifications.
- Experience with rotorcraft maintenance.
- Hold or held an Airframe and Power plant (A&P) License.
- General Mechanic experience desirable.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).

WORK HOURS: MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING 1st, 2nd or 3rd SHIFT. 1st shift to start.

ADDITIONAL:
Domestic & International Travel Required: 10%-25% travel possible.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
