Chipton-Ross is seeking a Test Engineer for a contract opportunity in Grand Prairie, TX.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Minimum of interim secret clearance required to start position.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10+ years experience in Test Engineering.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time- 4/10-1st Shift.
ADDITIONAL:
Candidate must have at minimum an interim secret clearance required to start positionEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
