100% on siteBASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams). o Strong organizational and communication skills. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. o Demonstrates familiarity and use of Project Management best practices tools necessary to assist on projects. o Demonstrates ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations and clear summary status updates for stakeholders.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Engineering Workforce Analyst plays a key role in supporting workforce planning, staffing activities, and operational excellence within the engineering organization. This position partners closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to facilitate resume reviews, track candidate progress, support interview coordination, and maintain accurate staffing documentation. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, as the role helps ensure alignment across multiple functions and supports a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.
Beyond staffing coordination, this position also serves as a support partner to the Engineering organization by helping drive structure, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data-tracking metrics, building reports, and presenting progress updates in clear and usable formats. A continuous improvement and project management mindset is essential, as the role helps identify workflow gaps, streamline processes, and document updates to Engineering procedures, onboarding materials, and skill frameworks.
The role will also support documentation management and Records & Information Management (RIM) practices, ensuring that hiring records, onboarding materials, process documentation, and SharePoint content are properly maintained, up to date, and stored according to organizational standards. This includes organizing shared resources, keeping documentation current, and ensuring that information is easy to find and accessible for the team. Strong organizational habits, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, project management skills, and the ability to manage structured documentation are key to success in this role.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
o Experience in recruitment processes and candidate tracking is preferred o Familiarity with SharePoint preferred
REQUIRED EDUCATION Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.WORK HOURS:
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMEmployment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
