Chipton-Ross is seeking 4 Employee Development Specialist 4 for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 3+ years' experience. - Experience conducting adult leadership training. - Aerospace training. - Teaching technical subject matter.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Defines project scope and recommends deliverables, budget and resources. Oversees curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing and system access requirements. Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods. Performs as a lead instructor in a specialized content area. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation. Identifies potential issues that impact performance and leads the performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Military aviation experience.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be comfortable standing as they will be teaching in front of a classroom.
REQUIRED EDUCATION Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).WORK HOURS:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PMADDITIONAL:
OT/DOT: not expected, potential.Employment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
