Chipton-Ross is seeking a Principle Engineer for a contract opportunity in Canoga Park, CA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Experience conducting rotor dynamic analyses in support of turbomachinery development and production related issues is required. Familiarity with correlating analyses and high frequency dynamic data desired. Candidate will report status and document results of analyses performed. 9+ years of rotor dynamics experience in support of aerospace turbomachinery development and production programs. This includes performing rotor dynamics analysis in addition to review of turbomachinery high frequency data.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The individual will join a senior staff engaged in design and analysis activities related to rocket engine turbomachinery. This position requires the candidate to have experience with performing rotor dynamic analyses utilizing classical approaches and modeling.REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited B.S. or graduate degree count towards years of experienceWORK HOURS:
Full-Time 4/10 work schedule 9/80 work scheduleEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
