Chipton-Ross is seeking a Procurement Systems Staff 2 for a hybrid contract opportunity in El Segundo, CA.



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
" Ariba, SAP S4 " 3-5 years of experience " College Degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Procurement Systems Staff position assists in the development of procurement business systems applications and processes, advises on recommendations for systems enhancements, and creates development of systems roadmaps for the future of the Procurement Organization. Analyzes and translates business metrics, customer requirements, and technical requirements, into an optimized solution to achieve business objectives. Collaborates between the Procurement Team and IT service areas for optimal service delivery to Aerospace. Some daily responsibilities include:
" Support the supply chain buying organization by managing a request mailbox (generally SAP (ECC) Purchase Requests updates, End user questions, and documentation repository changes) " Update Confluence website for the department as required " Support Supplier Enablement in upcoming Ariba implementation: Supplier communication, addressing registration concerns, and troubleshooting supplier access issues " Support updating monthly metrics for the organization " Support system teams with ad hoc data requests as required " Provide added support to the Supply Chain ERP implementation team as needed

EDUCATION Bachelor's degree. School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40 workweek. 1st shift. Primary location is El Segundo, work is remote.
