Chipton-Ross is seeking a AWS DevOps & C# Full Stack Developer for a contract/hybrid opportunity in one of the following locations: St. Louis, MO, Seattle, WA or North Charleston, SC.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development
  • 3+ years of professional experience in AWS DevOps
  • 3+ years of professional experience in C# Full Stack Development
  • 1+ years of professional experience in SQLServer
  • 1+ years of professional experience in AI Code Assisted Software Engineering
  • 1+ years of professional experience in Agile Software Engineering
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    A successful candidate will bring relevant and practical software engineering experience from previous roles to their new position in support of the full software life cycle. The position will be responsible for full stack development and maintenance of multiple existing Manufacturing Quality Enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, initiates improvements and innovations, demonstrates adaptability, executes to organizational strategy, and has a strong interest in learning new technologies and the client Manufacturing Quality business processes. Duties may include (but are not limited to):
  • Setup, migrate, optimize, and maintain AWS DevOps environments for C#/SQLServer and Java/PostgreSQL Applications
  • Support provisioning and configuration of development, test, and production environments and deployment of application components
  • Build, test, and deploy automation, monitoring and analysis solutions
  • Identify and lead investigations of technical and reliability issues; create and recommend process improvements
  • Build and integrate complex software tools to improve reliability and scalability
  • Develop and document best practices for provisioning, platform scaling, configuration management, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain multiple software systems
  • Development, Deployment, and Maintenance of multiple C#/SQLServer applications
  • Development, Deployment, and Maintenance of multiple applications in other development languages and technologies, learning them as needed
  • System security compliance
  • System technical debt remediation
  • System Change and Configuration Management
  • Production support; work across the enterprise to resolve software and infrastructure issues
  • Support regulatory compliance and quality audits
  • Continuous learning of system functionality and infrastructure, business operation processes, and new technologies and methodologies

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience and proficiency in multi-system data integrations
  • Experience and proficiency in ADO, JIRA, GitLab
  • Experience and proficiency in Coverity and NetSparker
  • Effective, comprehensive communication skills, written and verbal
  • Self-directed, Maintains a productive sense of urgency, makes progress on multiple priorities, and delivers as planned
  • Constructively collaborates with teammates, business partners, and IT Infrastructure and Operation partners

  • REQUIRED EDUCATION Typically 5 or more years' related work or military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

    TRAVEL:

    Potential for minimal domestic travel, less than 10%.

    FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT

    WORK HOURS:

    6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
