Chipton-Ross is seeking a Document Control Support 3 for a contract opportunity in Newport News, VA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or experience
- Attention to Detail
- Customer service
- Multi-tasking
- Required PPE: Hard hat, steel toe shoes, ear protection, safety glasses
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs operational duties in support of regulatory and/or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance documentation; coordinating the verification, approval, and processing of document revisions; and tracking document activity to ensure timeliness and process efficiency.
- Properly administer, develop, manage, and maintain control of various information, documentation, and data.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Able to work Microsoft Office software (SharePoint, Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel) SAP is a plus, not a requirement.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma required. School must be accredited.WORK HOURS:
5/40 workweek. The schedule for the role will be 2nd or 3rd shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm or 9:30 pm – 5:30 am)
MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
