Chipton-Ross is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Must have an active secret clearance
  • Candidates must have 6+ years of Real-time embedded software development experience.
  • Candidates must have 6+ years with C++ (version 11 or higher)
  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The candidate will experience all phases of software development ranging from requirements analysis through code implementation and formal qualification testing.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Multi-threading, multi-core, multi-processing embedded software development experience
  • Integration and test experience involving software and hardware
  • Experience as a software engineer working with multi-disciplined teams
  • GitLab CI/CD Pipelines GoogleTest or similar Unit test tool

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Accredited Bachelor’s degree from a college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • WORK HOURS:

  • Full-Time
  • 4/10 work schedule
  • 1st Shift


  • Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
