Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Cooler Reset Specialists for a contract opportunity in Grove City, OH.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

    • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure Red Bull products are properly rotated and maintained in accordance with product rotation standards thereby minimizing Out Of Code and Damaged Product concerns.
  • Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is set to current standards, clean, in good working order, and presented in a premium manner.
  • Maintain records required for compliance with internal policy, State and Federal regulations including driver logs, records of fuel purchase, mileage records, trainings and other records required by law.
  • Execute and adhere to Red Bull merchandising processes and routines.
  • Complete each reset scheduled for the day in alignment of the planogram given by MM/GSM.
  • Retrieve equipment needed for completion (shelves, clips & glides) from the RBDC warehouse.
  • Collaborate with MM/GSM on any setbacks, refusals and completions.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
  • Lead by example and adhere to Company standards & Red Bull Values.

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior merchandising experience preferred.

    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • There isn't a lot of lifting, but the units are heavy (around 50 lbs) and the role requires pushing and maneuvering them.
  • Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • Employee frequently is required to walk and sit.
  • Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
    • • Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate Minimum experience and qualifications.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Accredited High School Diploma or GED.

    • WORK HOURS:

  • Part-Time
  • Monday-Wednesday- 08:00am-05:00pm
    • **Please note that the end time may vary depending on how quickly the team completes the stores, days may end earlier or run later.


    Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
