Chipton-Ross is seeking an Operations Analyst II for a remote contract opportunity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to interface at all levels of customer and client organization.
- Strong project leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects establish processes and handle competing interests.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Must have intermediate IT skills e.g. MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to publish and maintain the pump SHIP schedule, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
- Audit technician training records to ensure compliance with required standards and documentation.
- Audit technician expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
- Provide reporting and analysis on serial numbers to track closed field actions versus open work orders.
- Follow up with customers on any remaining recall pumps that were not located during onsite updates to ensure devices are sent to the depot for repair and returned to the customer.
- Follow up with customers on any remaining loaner pumps that were not located to ensure devices are returned.
- Support recall-related activities directly or indirectly, as required by project needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational objectives.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time
RMTEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
