Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Architectural Project Manager for a contract opportunity in Long Beach, CA.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience in architectural project management or facilities project management
  • Prove ability to manage full project lifecycles including intake, planning, execution, vendor communications, and delivery.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (marketing, facilities, engineering, vendors, contractors, leadership)
  • Budget and schedule management experience
  • Knowledge of safety, regulatory, and operational compliance standards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Ability to maintain documentation, project trackers, and process tracking.
  • Problem-solving in highly ambiguous situations and maintaining a solutions-oriented approach to all projects.

    • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining and enforcing Brand Facilities Standards, planning and managing facilities upgrades, maintenance projects, and infrastructure improvements; tracking budgets and schedules; managing cross-functional dependencies; coordinating vendors and contractors; and driving visibility and accountability across all phases of project execution

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in architecture and facilities design
  • Experience within the aerospace industry
  • Familiarity with marketing operations and collaboration with marketing teams
  • Experience working with project engineers and facilities operations
  • Experience in environments requiring high operational continuity

    • REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Accredited Bachelor's Degree

    • WORK HOURS:

  • Full-Time
  • 1st Shift


    • Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
