Chipton-Ross is seeking a Temporary Director of Marketing for a contract opportunity in Torrance, CA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Proficiency in design tools such as Oracle CRM, Oracle Eloqua, Canva, Squarespace, Adobe Creative Suite, Uniqode, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, email marketing, CRM systems and execute integrated campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor actionable messaging to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and external partners.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively juggle multiple complex projects with finesse, prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring seamless campaign execution across various initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop short-term and long-term timelines and strong project management skills to achieve business targets and advance digital brand value.
- Adaptable and flexible in a team environment, adjusting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Agency & Project Coordinator Long-term project manage two external agencies, ensuring their work aligns with Client's strategic goals and delivers on key performance indicators. This includes developing short-term and long-term timelines and maintaining strong project management to achieve business targets and advance our digital brand value.
- Provide Website Leadership & Agency Oversight Guide and long-term project manage an external agency. The key focus will be on UX development, maintenance, and optimization of the Client website to support our global dealer network and B2B sales structure. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless user experience, align with brand strategy, and drive traffic through new content.
- Oversee Oracle CRM Programs Manage digital marketing functions focused on the initial implementation and optimization of Oracle CRM systems, including the direct management of the Oracle Database implementation and functionality as well as Oracle Eloqua for the execution of high-impact email marketing campaigns to significantly enhance dealer and customer engagement.
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy Formulate and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing to drive interest and engagement.
- Oversee Advertising Campaigns Develop, manage, and optimize print, and digital advertising campaigns in conjunction with the agency across platforms such as paid print, digital Google Ads, and display networks, maximizing reach, ROI and driving actionable and measurable outcomes.
- Lead Social Media Strategy Develop and scale Client's social media plan, significantly growing engagement and driving actionable outcomes. Manage a dedicated Social Media Strategist responsible for day-to-day posting across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Analyze and Report Performance Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire client digital brand ecosystem. You'll provide insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Stay Updated on Trends Continuously research and identify new digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and bring new growth opportunities to Client.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing, advertising, communications, digital strategy, or a related field and 7+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing leadership role, with a strong emphasis on strategy, agency management, and long-term project oversight or an equivalent with more than 12 years' experience.
