Job Description
Job #219715Chipton-Ross is seeking an AP Supplier Refund Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- Very high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and resolve suspected duplicate invoices
- Audit daily wire payments for accuracy
- Validate supplier banking details
- Provide backup support for invoice audits, fraud reviews, and other AP processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- Experience working in SAP
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Accredited Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
WORK HOURS
- Full- Time- Monday- Thursday -10 hours/day + rotating coverage every 3rd Friday RMT
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
