- To send job alerts, recruiting communications, and related updates where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website, services, and candidate experience
- To comply with federal contractor obligations, including reporting and recordkeeping requirements under applicable EEO, OFCCP, and related laws
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, misuse, security incidents, and other unauthorized activity
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our rights
We may use AI-assisted tools to help identify relevant skills, organize applicant information, support recruiter review, and improve job matching efficiency. These tools are used to assist our recruiting process and do not make fully automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on candidates without human involvement.
If you no longer wish to receive recruiting communications or job alerts from us, you may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication, by using our unsubscribe page, or by contacting us using the information in Section 12. Job alert preferences can also be changed at any time on our job notifications page.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

- Government agencies, regulators, or law enforcement where legally required

We may share your information in the following circumstances:
a. Client Employers
With your knowledge and consent, we may share your resume, qualifications, and related candidate information with client companies in connection with employment opportunities.
b. Service Providers and Contractors
We use service providers and contractors that process personal information on our behalf under contractual obligations requiring them to protect the information and use it only for authorized business purposes. These may include:
- Anthropic, Inc. — AI language model services. Resume content and application materials you submit through our website may be processed through Anthropic's API to assist in candidate evaluation and job matching. Anthropic acts as a service provider and is not permitted to use your data for its own independent purposes.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — CAPTCHA and website security services, including Turnstile verification, to help prevent spam, fraud, and automated abuse
- Email delivery providers — to send application confirmations, recruiting communications, and service-related notifications
- Application infrastructure providers — for website hosting, form processing, data storage, and site operations
- Analytics or technology vendors — to help us understand aggregate website usage and improve site performance
c. Legal Requirements
We may disclose personal information when required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, users, clients, or the public.
d. Business Transfers

- Candidate and resume data — up to 5 years from the date of last activity or last contact, consistent with staffing industry practice and legitimate business needs
- Job application records — 3 years from the date of application, where required under applicable federal contractor or employment recordkeeping requirements
- EEO self-identification data — 3 years or as otherwise required by applicable law
- Contact and inquiry records — up to 2 years from the date of submission
- Technical and log data — generally up to 90 days, unless longer retention is needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
When personal information is no longer needed for the purposes described above and no legal obligation requires continued retention, we will delete, anonymize, or de-identify it using commercially reasonable methods.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain security and core site functionality. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.
