Document Support Control 3

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Document Control Support 3 for a contract opportunity in Newport News, VA.

• High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or experience.
• Document Management & Control Systems Expertise.
• Compliance and Records Retention Knowledge.
• SharePoint, Adobe, Microsoft Outlook.
• Advanced Communication Skills.
• Must be able to physically climb a ladder.
• PPE: Safety glasses, Hearing Protection, Steel Toed Boots, Hard hat and ear protection will be provided by the department.

Performs operational duties in support of regulatory and/or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance documentation; coordinating the verification, approval, and processing of document revisions; and tracking document activity to ensure timeliness and process efficiency.

High school diploma required.

School must be accredited.

5/40 workweek. The shift will be determined prior to onboarding. Department is hiring for multiple shifts and some weekends may be included as well. The contractor will be working 5:30 am to 1:30 pm or 7:30 pm to 3:30 pm while training.
