Job #219751Chipton-Ross is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
Must have active secret clearance
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Populate, update, and manage official property tracking databases (e.g.,
DPAS, GCSS-Army, or local unit property books). Map asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
Conduct physical, wall-to-wall cyclic and sensitive item inventories. Match serial numbers, national stock numbers (NSNs), and part numbers against system records.
Generate and track sub-hand receipts, temporary loans, and component listings to hold individual equipment users accountable.
Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify pack-slips, coordinate shipping logistics for outgoing gear, and manage local storage yards or warehouses.
Research missing, damaged, or destroyed property. Prepare draft packets for
Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) for government adjudication.
